TV- ROOM / LIBRARY: Built in library on 2 walls - Cassette open fire with heat recovery within a white marble mantelpiece. Victorian decoration – Fitted carpet - IT network - Indirect lighting + centrally controlled power & lampshades switch.

 

DINING ROOM, walls draped with red Indian silk, black marble mantelpiece. Smoked oak parquet floor laid diagonally

DRAWING ROOM: large open fire with sliding up glass door & heat recovery system; fitted into a custom designed Merisel wood paneling, made by a specialised craftsman, mouldings assembled the antique way; bar cabinet in "walnut gnarl" with built in light; built in bookshelves. Smoked oak parquet floor, laid diagonally, columns and door contours painted in fake marble effect by same Brazilian artist; English style decoration. Brass switches and power point covers. Cable & TV in 2 corners - Central music distribution.

 

In conservatory:

MAIN OFFICE: floor Travertine marble – South East corner: large double desk on built in custom designed filing cabinets – Desk and working spaces with polished Travertine marble surfaces.(Desk 10 m² and surrounding surfaces 4,5 m²) – Desk shapes follows pattern of cut corner space.
